At GOLD Standard+ Mobile Detailing, we are proud to provide our valued customers with more than just a luxury — we deliver a mobile detailing service that’s a modern necessity. From deep cleanings to routine maintenance, our goal is excellence, reliability, and complete satisfaction.

Services Provided

We offer:

  • One-time deep cleaning services

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance cleanings

  • Ceramic coating & paint protection

  • Premium memberships (Platinum, Diamond)

All services are performed at your home, office, or preferred location, provided there’s enough space for our team to work safely and efficiently.

Booking & Payment

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via call, or by text.

  • A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your service. This is applied to your total.

  • Full payment is required before service begins, unless pre-approved for post-service payment.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and cash.

  • Customers are entitled to one free rescheduling, with unlimited rescheduling for weather or emergency issues.

  • Services canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Membership Terms

  • Platinum Membership includes monthly maintenance cleanings, typically following a one-time GOLD Standard+ deep clean (initially $329, discounted to $79–$99).

  • Diamond Membership includes weekly or bi-weekly visits and flexible scheduling.

  • Memberships requirement length is 6 months of service or 12 visits (whichever comes first) and allow frequency changes anytime.

  • You will be billed automatically based on your selected plan.

  • Members receive $250 instant savings upon signup.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and professional experience:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.

  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area.

  • Remove all valuables prior to service.

  • Leave vehicle unlocked. We will send photos of the locked vehicle and the completed work after the service is done.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitations

We proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the service purchased.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing, irreversible damage

  • Permanent stains or fading

  • Damage unrelated to our service

If your service cannot be started, you are entitled to a full refund.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Each customer receives one free rescheduling.

  • Weather-related or emergency reschedules are unlimited and free of charge.

Liability Disclaimer

GOLD Standard+ is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

  • Items left inside the vehicle

  • Service delays due to access restrictions or inaccurate information

Communication & Updates

Customers will receive:

  • A 24-hour notice prior to scheduled service

  • A 1-hour notice before arrival

  • Photos confirming completed work and vehicle lock-up
